All our cookies are handmade. Due to this, there may be minor variations in appearance, weight, and packaging. We strive for consistency, but every batch is unique.
2. Ingredients & Allergens
We use quality ingredients. Common allergens like wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy, and nuts may be present. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen-free.
Important: Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
3. Orders & Availability
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if stock is not available or ingredients are unavailable due to supplier issues. You will be notified promptly.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- We accept EFT and selected secure online payments.
- Orders are only processed once payment is received and cleared.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kattak Koekies is not liable for indirect damages once the product has been delivered safely. We are not responsible for improper storage or delayed consumption after delivery.
