Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to delight you with every cookie – but we understand that issues may arise.

1. Food Item Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • A damaged delivery
  • Or your order is incomplete
    Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.

3. Refunds or Replacements

  • If the issue is our fault, you may choose between a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds are processed via EFT or the original payment method within 5 working days.

Note: We do not issue refunds for late courier deliveries caused by third parties, but will gladly follow up on your behalf.
